Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and manage digital campaigns across Google, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and X.Execute full-funnel campaign strategies including awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.Build and monitor retargeting and remarketing campaigns to maximize ROI.Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights.Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and content.Manage and optimize advertising budgets across all platforms.Stay updated with algorithm changes, market trends, and new ad formats.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns.Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Snap Ads, TikTok Ads, and Twitter Ads.Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion optimization.Advanced skills in retargeting, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.Excellent analytical and reporting abilities using Google Analytics and Data Studio.Strong creative judgment for selecting and adapting platform-appropriate content.
