If so, you might be the one we're looking for.What we expect:Create and execute digital marketing campaigns and manage budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to drive sales growth while meeting strict performance goalsRegularly track and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and areas for improvementMonitor and analyze marketing campaigns to ensure delivery within defined ROI targetsContinuously manage analytics to optimize both organic and paid channels using analytic toolsPrepare and deliver reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement, and iterate based on findingsConduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, bidding models, and new ideas; regularly evaluate new features and beta toolsDesign and execute CRM strategies focused on customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and increasing customer lifetime value through targeted campaigns and personalized journeysCreate, manage, and optimize omnichannel communication flows (email, push, SMS) based on audience segmentation and behavioral triggers, using CRM and campaign automation platformsMeasure and report CRM performance using key metrics such as open rates, CTRs, conversions, and churn; continuously iterate to improve outcomesEnsure consistent brand messaging and community engagement by planning and executing social media and influencer marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance across platformsWhat we are looking for:University degree from a reputable institution in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of digital marketing experience in the e-commerce and fashion ecosystem (experience with mobile apps is a plus)Strong drive and experience in A/B testingGenuine interest in digital marketing and platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, etcHands-on experience with CRM tools such as D.Engage, Twillio ve Dataport or similar platforms, and strong understanding of retention strategies in e-commerceAnalytical mindset with the ability to turn customer data into actionable insights and improve CRM-driven marketing performanceExperience in managing social media accounts and executing influencer marketing campaigns is a strong plusExcellent written and spoken English is a mustProficient in MarTech tools such as GA4, Adjust, Looker Studio, etcResults-oriented, resourceful, and a proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making abilitiesTakes full ownership of tasks and responsibilitiesCurious, creative, and relentless in the pursuit of growthPowered by JazzHR5OjwfrCS3P
