We are looking for Operations Specialist/ Senior Operations Specialist from a banking or e-commerce background to join our Operations and Customer Support Team.✨ What You’ll Be RockingReporting to the Marketing and Corporate Relations Director of Token, develop and implement digital marketing strategies for Token’s products and brands, ensuring alignment with each one’s unique objectives.Preparing yearly digital marketing plan with the brand marketing leader.Working closely with the digital media agency to ensure that they implement the marketing plan in the best possible way, adhering to targets and schedules and monitoring performance.Content management, SEO marketing, and analytics monitoring of websites, together with relevant agencies.🎯 The Perfect FitMinimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing,A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Management is preferred,Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns. Fintech and/or digital agency experience is a plus,Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms and a deep understanding of digital media. Strong knowledge of SEM/SEO, Google Analytics, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels and expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO),Creative problem-solving abilities,A Strong analytical mindset and experience with performance metrics and ROI analysis,Advanced level of English,Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams,Strong follow-up skills.Continuously develop conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies for websites and landing pages of each brand to maximize conversion rates and enhance user experiences.Plan,lead, and control PPC campaigns for various brands on platforms like Google Ads and social media(Meta, Linkedin), driving targeted traffic, conversions, and leads.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each brand's digital marketing efforts.
