Lead the generation of digital strategy and insights to guide priorities and investment in driving customer and colleague outcomes at NAB.Influence at senior levels through grounded and data driven insights and recommendationsEngage across customer, product and commercial conversations to lead with a point of view of the core priorities for NAB.Our people are customer obsessed. Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.In this Senior Consultant (Digital Strategy & Transformation) role, you will be joining the Digital Strategy & Transformation team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:Synthesise findings and develop compelling, structured business presentations that clearly articulate recommendationsPartner with colleagues across the digital domain as well as external Business Units to ensure strategy aligns with core digital prioritiesDevelop a detailed understanding of the banking industry and trends, including implications for NABLead with a point of view on the core customer priorities and the digital capability to meet those priorities which NAB should invest time and money to deliverForm multiyear roadmaps to meet customer and commercial objectives with a view on sequencing and where to startSynthesis multiple sources of information to create compelling corporate storytelling and visual PowerPointsWe’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: Proven experience in a consulting or corporate roles driving strategy and insights to influence priorities and milestonesBanking and Financial Services industry knowledge with an understanding of core products and customer needsExperience in commercial and technical conversationsProven track record in transforming business priorities through commercial and customer lead insightsStrong PowerPoint and visual storytellingExcellent written and verbal communication of concepts and recommendationsA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
