The Senior Director, Engineering, Manufacturing & Productivity is a highly strategic leadership role accountable for optimizing operational performance and technical capabilities across the end-to-end North America Bottler network. This position will shape and execute an enterprise-wide productivity vision, driving sustainable value creation and competitive advantage through data-led performance improvement, technical innovation, and supply chain excellence.Collaborating with the Global Supply Chain team and senior system stakeholders, the Senior Director will design and lead transformational initiatives across Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Sustainability - influencing decisions at the highest levels of the organization while steering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.What You'll Do For UsEnterprise Strategy & VisionDevelop and deploy a multi-year roadmap for productivity-driven technical transformation across the supply chain. Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies that influence executive decisions and deliver measurable economic impact. Anticipate industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively position the system ahead of market challenges. Technical Analysis & Decision SupportGuide senior leaders through complex technical assessments to enable informed, high-impact decisions, including investments in new technologies and operational changes. Sponsor strategic business case development for large-scale technical and supply chain initiatives, ensuring alignment with profitability and competitive goals. Lead and support bottlers on Supply Chain transformation journey (industry 4.0, digital, e-commerce logistics, etc) to ensure a profitable and sustainable growth of a Total Beverage Company for the OU and its system partners. Capability DevelopmentLead executive-level technical capability building and digital transformation across the bottling network, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and best-in-class analytics, enabling knowledge sharing across functional areas. Influence and align global technical standards with regional execution. Lead productivity projects ensuring end-to-end Supply Chain perspective focused on growth and continuous improvement across a wide range of bottling organizations with different complexities. Work with finance, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to determine the best vendors and distributors as potential productivity gains. Program & Portfolio ManagementGovern a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, from concept to delivery, ensuring strategic ROI and capability expansion. Establish and drive productivity projects pipeline, follow-up on implementation with bottling partners on committed projects, timeframe and expected results, including providing engineering expertise to steward work. Collaborate across a broad set of stakeholders (including GDI, RTE, Global Supply Chain) to identify best practices, break through innovation to enable productivity and enable path to implementation across the NAOU bottling system. Performance Management & GovernanceEnsure that data requirements, change control, and compliance standards are systemically met across all bottling partners. Sponsor KPIs that measure productivity impact, operational success, and strategic alignment. Executive Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with senior executives across North America Bottlers, Global Supply Chain, and corporate leadership. Represent NAOU in global system forums, bringing forward regional successes, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline required; Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Technical Operations, Innovation, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing, including substantial executive-level experience required. Experience as an Engineer required. Proven capability in identifying and driving enterprise efficiency and productivity. Proven record of leading enterprise-wide technical programs that drove transformational operational and financial results. Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy, influence strategy, and successfully navigate complex stakeholder environments. Advanced knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes, equipment, supply chain economics, and industry best practices. Exceptional data-driven decision-making skills, with expertise in leveraging analytics to drive systemic improvement. Strong financial acumen, relevant investments initiatives and budgets. Influencing and negotiation skills - able to lead across organizational boundaries without direct reporting lines. Track record of fostering innovation, technical excellence, and sustainability initiatives within a large-scale supply chain. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
