As a senior member of the leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of financial strategy, planning, operations, and compliance, providing insights that support decision-making and ensure the long-term financial health of the organization.This is a fully remote position (EST Hours). We welcome applicants from anywhere in Canada.This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, ideal for an experienced finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.To achieve success in this position, you will;• Provide strategic financial guidance to the President to support business growth and profitability.• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, payroll, tax filings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and government remittances.• Establish and maintain robust internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance frameworks.• Lead and mentor the Finance Team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.•Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, insurers, and regulatory agencies.•Provide leadership in evaluating and implementing systems, processes, and technologies to optimize financial operations.What you bring to the table...• CPA designation required.• Proven track record in senior financial leadership roles, ideally in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment.• Experience managing a finance team with responsibility for strategic planning, payroll, reporting, and compliance.• Strong knowledge of Canadian tax laws, government programs, and regulatory frameworks.• Expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence.• Advanced MS Office skills, with proficiency in Excel; QuickBooks experience is an asset.• Superior communication, analytical, and organizational skills.What we can offer you...Competitive Compensation - determined based on experience and qualificationsAutonomy & Flexibility Ongoing Learning & Development Career Growth OpportunitiesCollaborative, Diverse & Inclusive CultureOur StoryIt all started in 2005 with the belief that drive and determination are at the core of sales success and that impressive reps lead to impressive results.
