Sellers benefit from fast nationwide shipping, seamless fulfillment, and trusted post-purchase service—while retaining control of their inventory and brand.As Senior Director, Program Management, you will coordinate high impact strategic programs across the Rocket Growth cross-border organisation that enable expansion and excellence. Reporting to the VP of International Cross Border, you will own program governance, operational readiness, and delivery excellence across multiple work streams—partnering with product, engineering, operations, and other teams to ensure flawless execution.What You Will Do• Drive program strategy and execution for cross-border initiatives, ensuring alignment with Rocket Growth’s international roadmap.• Establish governance frameworks for planning, prioritization, and delivery across product, operations, and compliance.• Lead program reviews (WBR/QBR), track KPIs, and manage risk mitigation for high-impact initiatives.• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seller onboarding, logistics integration, and platform enhancements on time and within scope.• Develop scalable processes for operational readiness, including SOPs, SLAs, and escalation paths.• Partner with external vendors and logistics providers to ensure program milestones are met.• Communicate program status and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders with clarity and precision.Basic Qualifications• Significant experience in program management, PMO leadership, operations, or strategy roles within eCommerce, logistics, or technology.• Proven ability to build, manage complex, multi-workstream programs with cross-functional dependencies across different cultural contexts and geographies.• Strong understanding of cross-border commerce and supply chain fundamentals.• Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.• Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in BI tools and program performance metrics.• Fluent in Mandarin and English.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.Preferred Qualification• Experience in global marketplace or cross-border programs at scale.• Familiarity with seller enablement platforms and fulfillment models.• PMP or equivalent program management certification.• MBA or advanced degree.Recruitment Process and OthersRecruitment Process• Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer• The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.• Interview schedules and the results will be informed to the applicant via the e-mail address submitted at the application stage.Details to Consider• This job posting may be closed prior to the stated end date for application if all openings are filled.• Coupang has the right to rescind an offer of employment if a candidate is found to have submitted false information as part of the application process.• Those eligible for employment protection (recipients of veteran’s benefits, the disabled, etc.) may receive preferential treatment for employment in accordance with applicable laws.Privacy Notice• Your personal information will be collected and managed by Coupang as stated in the Application Privacy Notice located below: https://www.coupang.jobs/privacy-policy/
