Salary: P70,000-P85,000 (Monthly Package)Schedule: 8:00PM to 5:00AM Manila TimeWhat are we looking for?Skills RequiredOperations & Dispatch Expertise - 5-8 years of experience in dispatch/service industries (e.g., home repairs, HVAC, restoration, flooring, windows).Scheduling & Multi-tasking Skills - Ability to manage multiple technicians, schedules, and incoming calls simultaneously.Customer Service Excellence - Strong client communication, problem resolution, and adaptability to different personalities.Crisis & Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to act decisively under pressure, reallocate resources, and maintain service flow.CRM & Systems Proficiency - Skilled in dispatch boards, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.Leadership & Operations Oversight - Proven ability to lead, spot process gaps, and suggest operational improvements.Billing & Administrative Accuracy - Experience handling invoicing, service records, and documentation.
