Senior Division Manager

This is a senior management role with oversight of multiple Unit Managers. The focus is on strategic growth, overall division performance, and high-level leadership.A. Minimum Educational Attainment & Legal Compliance * Bachelor’s Degree in any field (a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing is a significant advantage).* Must hold a valid PRC Real Estate Salesperson (RES) license,* A valid PRC Real Estate Broker (REB) license is an advantage.* Must be accredited by the DHSUD.* Filipino Citizen, and at least 18 years of age at the time of application.B. Experience & Skills Experience: * At least 5 years of extensive experience in real estate sales.* Must have a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role (e.g., as a Unit Manager or equivalent) with direct responsibility for multiple teams.* A proven and stellar track record of consistently exceeding division-level sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.* Demonstrated experience in large-scale team building, strategic planning, and business development.Skills:* Exceptional strategic leadership and organizational development skills.* Mastery in advanced coaching, training, and performance management for managers.* Expert in market analysis, business forecasting, and budget management.* Strong connections within the industry and a vast professional network.* Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills at a senior level.C.
