You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems. Responsibilities and DutiesDesign, implement, and deploy advanced digital signal processing algorithms from prototype to production across complex data environments.Develop and optimize DSP models using Python and MATLAB, ensuring robust mathematical foundations and high-performance execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DSP solutions into real-time, edge, or cloud-based systems while ensuring reliability and scalability.Qualifications and SkillsStrong background in digital signal processing and proven experience delivering DSP solutions from prototype to production.High proficiency in Python (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib/Plotly) and MATLAB for advanced signal analysis and algorithm development.Excellent mathematical foundations, including linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.Experience with real-time or high-performance systems, including streaming frameworks, edge inference platforms, GPU acceleration, or FPGA/DSP SoCs.Familiarity with domain-specific signal types such as seismic, microseismic, acoustics, vibration, or industrial process data.Experience with array processing, beamforming, sparse recovery, or advanced denoising techniques.Exposure to MLOps tools, model serving frameworks, cloud environments, containers, time-series databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
