Senior Dynamics 365 ConsultantContract Duration: 3 months fixed term contract with possibility of extensionWorking Hours: 3.75 hours per day / 18.75 hours per weekAllocation: 50% (hybrid model), Espoo, FinlandStart Date: As soon as possibleAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant to support the continued development, enhancement, and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.In this role, you will design, configure, and integrate solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights: Journeys modules, while leveraging the Power Platform to extend functionality and automate key business processes.This position combines deep technical expertise with a solid understanding of Sales and Marketing business processes to deliver impactful, efficient Dynamics 365 solutions.You will collaborate closely with our internal Customer IT team, which includes a Senior D365 System Manager (15+ years of experience) and a Junior D365 Specialist (Certified D365 Fundamentals, 1 year of experience). Most of your work will involve enhancing and developing two existing D365 instances that serve multiple business units. You will primarily handle the more complex cases -assessing workloads, defining technical requirements, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights: Journeys modules to meet evolving business needs.Design and implement solutions using the Power Platform — including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.Develop and maintain dual-write integrations with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate technical specifications into actionable solutions.Plan and execute data migrations to and from Dynamics 365 using best practices.Ensure system performance, scalability, and compliance with security standards.Maintain accurate and clear technical documentation using Jira and Confluence in an agile environment.Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work with a strong customer focusRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), specifically in Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights: Journeys.Proven expertise in customization, configuration, and solution design within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.Strong understanding of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and its capabilities.Experience with system integrations, including API-based and dual-write integrations with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Proficiency in data migration tools and methodologies for Dynamics 365.Solid experience working in agile environments, with practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence.Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.Strong attention to detail, quality assurance, and user experience.Fluent English (written and spoken).Microsoft Certified: Relevant Microsoft certifications for senior-level D365 consultants.Experience working with multinational or distributed teams.Prior experience in consulting or project-based delivery environments is highly desirable.
