You will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing their D365 ecosystem, working closely with architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.This role is ideal for a senior professional who can work independently, communicate confidently with leadership, and bring deep hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/FO/Power Platform (as relevant).Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.Build and enhance integrations with internal systems, third-party platforms, and legacy applications.Collaborate with enterprise architects and functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs.Develop custom plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and other D365 extensions.Perform system configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across D365 environments.Ensure best practices for solution architecture, code quality, testing, and documentation.Support migration, release management, and deployment activities.Act as a subject-matter expert to guide junior developers and advise stakeholders on technical feasibility.Skills & Experience10–15 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM and/or Finance & Operations).Strong proficiency in:C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power PlatformPlugins, custom workflows, PCF controlsAzure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)Integration frameworks & API designProven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade D365 solutions.Excellent understanding of data models, solution layers, and D365 environment management.Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills — able to interface with senior business leaders.Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a significant plus.Experience with Swedish or Nordic enterprises is an advantage.Other RequirementsLanguage: English is essential; Swedish is a strong plus.Must be available to work onsite in Malmö 3 days per week (remote flexibility for the remainder).What’s on OfferCompetitive day rate (aligned to senior expert level).Long-term contract potential (6 months + strong extension prospects).Chance to lead impactful D365 initiatives within a global industry leader.Hybrid working model with modern tech stack and a collaborative international team.📩 Interested?
