Senior eClinical Systems Engineer

Seeking a Senior eClinical Systems Engineer with deep hands-on EDC experience to support and enhance a custom EDC platform with safety adjudication andevent‑tracking capabilities.This role manages study specific configuration, system performance, and the underlying application stack including IIS,Azure, SQL Server, and MongoDB.This is a highly technical role ideal for someone who understands both the engineering and operational demands of modern clinical research systems.Required 5+ years EDC experience (Rave, Inform, Castor, Veeva, or custom EDC). Strong SQL Server experience; familiarity with MongoDB. Experience with IIS, Azure hosting, and Windows Server administration. Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical data standards (CDISC), and traceability requirements. Experience supporting safety adjudication workflows and event lifecycle tracking.Responsibilities Configure custom EDC studies: CRFs, edit checks, visit schedules, user roles, and workflow logic. Build and maintain safety adjudication modules including event-tracking, review workflows, and audit trails. Administer the Synchrony EDC application environment (IIS, Terminal Server, Windows Server, Microsoft Azure). Manage backend databases (SQL Server, MongoDB), including stored procedures and performance tuning. Utilize LogRocket, Rollbar, and Power BI for monitoring, debugging, and reporting. Support system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), change control, and release management.
