Specialising in lifestyle, travel, government, and retail, the team is known for its collaborative, transparent, and enthusiastic culture.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Elizabeth Bay, NSW, for a Senior Editor - Print and Digital. The Senior Editor will oversee and guide content development for both print and digital platforms. Responsibilities include managing editorial teams, developing and executing content strategies, editing and proofreading materials, ensuring high-quality publications, and coordinating content production with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a focus on creativity, attention to detail, and maintaining alignment with Big Splash Media's brand vision.QualificationsStrong expertise in Content Management and Content Strategy.Extensive experience in Editorial practices and writing for both print and digital platforms.Proven ability to manage and produce high-quality Publications.Familiarity with audience engagement strategies in industries such as lifestyle, finance, travel, government, and retail is an advantage.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.Leadership experience in managing editorial teams and cross-functional collaboration.A bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Publishing, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency with publishing tools and software is a plus.
