In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic, high-impact support to school leaders and educators, helping them implement effective pedagogical practices aligned with our strategic priorities and compliance standards. This is a mixed role of office and school based support where you will be actively making a difference in BCE schools.Location: BCE Office - Woolloongabba Work hours: Full-time | Flexible working arrangements available Salary: $137,560 - $152,836 plus super Status: Fixed term | January – July 2026Ad Close Date: 8 December 2025Contact us: CareersBCE@bne.catholic.edu.auAbout The OpportunityIn this position you will:Provide strategic, curriculum-focused advice to influence school direction and operational outcomesCollaborate within a multidisciplinary team to analyse priorities and determine organisational needsSupport the development of teaching expertise across AITSL career stages (e.g. Teacher, Principal) and have experience in building leadership capability in middle leadership positionsDeliver differentiated support models including instructional coaching, co-teaching, and professional learning networksUse school-centric data to challenge perspectives, make informed recommendations, and drive improvementConduct high-level reviews and prepare technical reports on significant projects and researchBuild and maintain strong internal and external relationships to share expertise and deliver outcomesEnhance operational performance through subject matter expertise across schools and business areasAbout YouTo be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:  A deep understanding of curriculum and pedagogical practices.Have instructional leadership experience and have an expertise in Pedagogy and curriculum.
