If you're a technically proficient leader with a passion for innovation and a knack for managing the full project lifecycle, we want to hear from you.The OpportunityThis is a senior, client-facing leadership role where you'll drive project delivery for our client from concept to client handover. You won't just design; you'll be the principal contact, managing a diverse project team, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring every deliverable meets the highest quality standards for our client.What You'll Lead:Full Project Lifecycle: Lead the Electrical Services design on projects for our client from concept stage right through to completion.Design and Specification: Create detailed specifications and designs for complex Electrical Building Services systems.Quality Assurance: Perform continuous Design & Installation Quality Checks and Controls, ensuring all deliverables align with quality assurance systems prior to client issue.Team Management: Lead and coordinate your engineering team (support engineers, BIM technicians, and administrators) to successfully meet project objectives for our client.Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact, liaising with our client, architects, and project managers, and developing the project scope collaboratively with the design team and our client.Documentation: Produce fully detailed tender packages, tender reports, analysis, and recommendations for our client.Mentorship: Actively mentor and guide support engineers in their professional development.Standards: Uphold the Electrical design standards within the organisation and champion the design process and engineering techniques.What You'll Need to BringTechnical Expertise:Deep understanding of CIBSE, BS, IS, and EN Standards is essential.Demonstrable technical proficiency in your Electrical expertise field with a strong working knowledge of other disciplines, including Mechanical, BMS/EPMS, Security, and CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural).Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.Working knowledge of Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and REVIT.Familiarity with any other engineering analysis software is a bonus.Leadership & Communication Skills:Exceptional communication (verbal and written English), presentation, and organisational skills.A proven track record of leading & coordinating an engineering team to successful project delivery.The capability to take the lead on projects with minimal input from the management team.A strong drive for continuous innovation and adoption of emerging technologies.Why Work With Them?
