Senior Electrical Engineer

Senior Electrical Engineer - Power & Energy Systems About the Role: Lead the design and delivery of industrial and utility-scale power systems, including microgrids, battery energy storage, and renewable generation projects. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver complex energy projects. Key Responsibilities: Design and analyze MV/LV power systems, including one-line diagrams, protection schemes, and control circuits.Perform detailed studies (short circuit, coordination, arc flash) using ETAP/SKM.Specify and review major electrical equipment (switchgear, transformers, generators).Support construction and commissioning phases with on-site testing and troubleshooting.Interface with utilities, clients, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.Manage and mentor junior staff.
