In this role, you’ll lead the design of power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems while mentoring junior engineers and managing projects from concept through construction. If you’re a licensed PE who values teamwork, technical excellence, and client relationships, this is your opportunity to join a firm with an exceptional retention rate and a collaborative culture.ResponsibilitiesDesign & Technical Leadership Produce and oversee design and construction documents for electrical systemsEnsure compliance with applicable codes and standardsManage technical production and project assignments independently with oversightReview contractor equipment submittals and inspect installations during construction administrationCollaboration & Mentorship Work closely with junior engineers to guide and develop their skillsFoster strong relationships within the firm and with clientsContribute to a positive, team-oriented work cultureBasic QualificationsLicensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Georgia or ability to obtain reciprocity10–15 years of electrical engineering experienceAbility to work in-person Monday–Thursday (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and remote FridaysStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skillsExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications8+ years of design experienceProficiency in RevitAbility to direct and motivate work efforts of othersStrong understanding of electrical codes and standardsCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $120,000–$140,000 (DOE; higher for top candidates)Bonus opportunities100% company-paid Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insuranceFlexible work schedule and PTO401(k) with 3% company contributionOwnership opportunitiesAdditional Job Application TermsThis job is part of LinkedIn’s Full-Service Hiring beta program.
