The Software Engineer engages directly with Customer, development teams, technical delivery teams and HW system teams to ensure the successful design, development, and delivery of technology-based solutions.To be successful as a Software Engineer, you should be able to drive the software change and release management processes, assisting with the overall maturity of the software development lifecycle. Ultimately, a top-notch Software Engineer will ensure that software deliverables comply with quality standards and are completed on time.DUTY & RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deploymentRequirements engineering: registration, scheduling, ordering and tracking of requirements and their implementationDesign, develop, code, test and debug system softwareReview code, design and Test resultsAnalyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resourcesIntegrate and validate new product designsSupport software QA and optimize I/O performanceAnalyzing and fixing of issues reported in the componentProvide post production supportInterface with hardware design and development teamsAssess third party and open source software’sStrong debugging & Problem solving skillsBe the main technical interface of the EMS (Engine management system) system to both internal and external stake holdersDocument and present technical material to both internal project stakeholders and external customersQUALIFICATIONS:Mandatory Skills:4-5 Years’ experience in Embedded Software developmentEmbedded SW Development & Co-ordinationStrong in C/C++ language ProgrammingScripting languages (Python, Perl, vb …)Exposure to Micro-controllers or MicroprocessorsExperience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targetsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer reviewGood English language skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening)Excellent organization and time management skillsStrong documentation and writing skillsHands on experience with debugging tools such as debuggers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and multimeters.Desirable Skills:Exposure to Real Time Operating System (RTOS)Exposure to control systemsExposure to use of Emulators, Simulators, debugging and Test EquipmentExposure to Automotive Embedded Technology (Power Train, CAN etc)Ability to work independently while supporting multiple projects in a dynamic environmentExperience with Project management, Team/Technical leader skills and software development process (ASPICE, V-Model, Scrum, Agile)Japanese proficiency is preferable with N4, N3 levelBENEFITS Insurance plan based on full salary + 13th salary + Performance Bonus.100% full salary from the 1st day of working and during WFH.Medical Benefit (Bao Viet Insurance package) for Employee and Family.Working in a fast paced, flexible, and multinational working environment.
