This Linux-based embedded system orchestrates and secures all communication between devices in our customers’ homes and businesses, and our backend services.As we plan the next-generation Central Unit, we are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with solid experience in embedded Linux development. You’ll be part of a highly skilled team working across hardware and software domains to ensure connectivity, reliability, and performance in a system that millions of customers depend on.What you’ll be up to:Design, develop, and maintain embedded Linux systems, including kernel, Yocto, and device driver developmentWork with communication security and connectivity features across narrowband radio, WLAN, cellular (VoIP, VoLTE), VPN, routing, and secure communication protocolsContribute to system integration, performance optimization, and factory/production testingDrive improvements in areas such as bootloader, power management, code signing, and FOTA infrastructureCollaborate with hardware, software, and connectivity specialists to create a robust, future-proof platformYou will be joining a supportive and collaborative team that values a positive work environment.
