EMC’s professional services team works full time with some of the largest commodity and energy companies as well as some of the biggest financial institutions in the world.The company is an official premium partner for Bulgaria and the EMEA region with the worldwide market leader in Energy/Commodity Trading and Risk Management software solutions.Job description:We are looking for highly motivated Senior business consultants with extensive know-how and a proven track record in ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) and CTRM (Commodity Trading and Risk Management) software consulting business.The ideal candidate will be able to provide high quality consulting service regarding implementation of solutions for E/CTRM systems at major companies in the energy and commodities sector worldwide and possess the ability to guide the client in the analysis of their business operations as well as the technical adaptation of the respective solution. The candidate should be self-driven, well organized, and capable of performing his/her own tasks in a team as well as fast decision making under pressure and by strict deadlines.Additionally, it would be a great plus in case of willingness and flexibility for extra traveling from time to time (additional compensation available + all travel expenses covered) mostly in Europe.The main responsibilities of the Senior business consultant include:- Leading the Project business consultants’ team and guiding them through gathering business requirements from Client and subsequent project implementation.- Design and implementation either through configuration or by translating the business requirements to the development team.- Preparation of project documentation (Functional Specifications, User Guides, Deployment Guides, Trainings and Presentations, etc.).- Performing critical analytical thinking tasks and data analysis as well as fast decision making under pressure and strict timelines.- Create and execute trainings for junior team members.Job requirements:- Knowledge and previous relevant working experience (minimum 5 years) of any E/CTRM software is a must. ENDUR/FINDUR- Practical knowledge in modeling and evaluating Energy, Oil, Gas, or financial trading products.- Risk/portfolio management skills.- Fluency in English is a must (written and spoken).- Knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus.- Ability to integrate and work within complex multicultural teams.- Self-driven and well organized.- Willingness and the flexibility to travel (mostly in Europe).Our office in Sofia provides you with the perfect environment to further expand your competences and accelerate your career by working in a team that is international, demanding and result oriented.
