If you want to be part of the new decade on energy revolution, at Smart Energy LAB you will have the opportunity to have a real impact by creating new products and services that will contribute to energy transition, focusing on the 3Ds (Decarbonization, Decentralization and Digitalization).Smart Energy LAB is a Collaborative Laboratory (CoLAB) held by EDP Comercial, Accenture, Instituto Superior Técnico, Faculty of Sciences of Lisbon, University of Coimbra, INESCTEC and INESC ID.Smart Energy Lab has a unique combination of science, technology and industry in the energy sector, focused on creating new products and services for the downstream of the energy value chain.“We are a green dream factory that will make tomorrow possible, improving life for everyone with new energy solutions through smart collaboration.”In order to create the future, we are looking for a Senior Energy Analyst.As a Senior Energy Analyst you will:Coordinate R&D and Acceleration activities in product and services development on the energy new downstream (electrification, e-mobility, distributed resources, smart homes, flexibility, IoT);Conduct specific studies and presentations to support the business and product development;Support the preparation of business proposals;Contribute to project management and support;Coordinate tasks such as analyzing the market, technology trends for energy new downstream (electrification, e-mobility, distributed resources, smart homes, flexibility, IoT);Conducting analysis of state of the art on relevant topics on energy new downstream;Perform analysis and applied research to discover new business and projects opportunities;Support the customer centric user team in product discovery activities.What are we looking for:Up to date on innovation trends in the energy sectorPassionate for energy transitionHigh problem-solving capabilitiesGood writing and oral communication skillsGood combination of technical and business knowledgeEasiness to work with cross-functional teamsAbility to work in dynamic and ambiguous projectsSpecific skills required:5+ years of knowledge and experience in energy transition domainMaster degree or PhD in Engineering or other relevant degree for the functionFluent EnglishLocation: Lisbon, PortugalEmployees need to have Portuguese tax residency, be located in Lisbon region.
