Experience Level: 10–15 YearsFunction: Assembly Operations & Continuous ImprovementI. Core ResponsibilitiesProduction Excellence: Maximize production line efficiency through optimum resource utilization to achieve daily targets.Quality & Compliance: Drive improvements across Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Delivery (PQCDS). Ensure strict adherence to QES standards (Quality, Environment, Safety) and OCPs.Problem Resolution: Lead investigation of all Accidents and Quality Incidences; initiate and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).Team & Process Management: Monitor process performance, train and develop multi-skill Team Associates, and maintain operational status in the ERP system.Auditing & Reporting: Conduct Product and Process Audits and update daily performance to senior management.II. Essential Skills & CompetenciesProcess & Quality: Expertise in 7 QC tools, Six Sigma, and applying Continuous Improvement Techniques.Analysis & Systems: Proficient in Advance Excel (data analysis) and Root Cause Analysis.Leadership: Strong skills in Team building, Negotiation, and Effective communication (including presentation skills).Operational Readiness: Ability to manage Coordination with other departments and demonstrate Adaptability to changes.
