Senior Engineer

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Senior Engineer to oversee and manage high-rise building projects and large-scale developments. The ideal candidate will hold a Dubai Municipality G+Unlimited license and possess extensive UAE experience in building construction, project coordination, and site management.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the design, planning, and execution of high-rise and complex construction projects from inception to completion.Manage and supervise project teams, including junior engineers, site staff, and subcontractors to ensure high performance and compliance with project requirements.Ensure all construction activities comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, development codes, and technical specifications.Conduct and lead progress meetings, monitor timelines, and control project costs to ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP engineers, and stakeholders to achieve seamless design integration and buildability. Provide technical expertise, quality assurance, and value engineering recommendations to enhance project efficiency. Maintain a proactive approach to risk identification, safety compliance, and issue resolution.Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.Requirement:Experience: Minimum 9 years of UAE experience in building construction, with proven involvement in high-rise or complex structures.License: Valid Dubai Municipality G+Unlimited license (mandatory).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).Project Management: Strong background in project planning, resource allocation, and cost control. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, structural systems, and QA/QC processes. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractor performance.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required, Arabic an advantage.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
