Chery Automobile is a leading Chinese auto company and an international brand whose business covers more than 80 countries and regions.For our Engineering Center in Raunheim, near Frankfurt, we are looking for a (Senior) Engineer – Vehicle Drive Quality &PerformanceWe welcome you to join a growing team of extraordinarily talented and enthusiastic people, developing tailor-made cars for the European market.We want to work with a flexible and enthusiastic individual wo will be required to support the development of our European vehicles locally as well as globally - jointly with our teams in our headquarter in China.Job DescriptionDevelop vehicle drive quality and performance to satisfy the European customer requirements.Definition and implementation of EU specific vehicle drive quality andperformance targets.Run detailed benchmark of competing models and brands in EuropeClose collaboration with development teams in our R&D centers in Wuhu & Shanghai (China) and the Europe market related subsidiaries (Marketing, Sales, Quality) from the technical and commercial perspectiveRequirements:You have a Degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or comparable backgroundYou have significant (>3 years) experience in a similar position for vehicle drive quality and performance (BEV,PHEV, ICE)You are able to balance vehicle & system targets to achieve regulatory compliance and a high level of customer acceptance.You have a good knowledge of PT test, application and simulation toolsYou are willing to travel and have a valid European driving licenseYou are willing to work in an international and intercultural environmentYou have a pro-active and self-motivated attitudeYou are a good communicator with an open and structured mindsetYou have good computer and presentation skills (MS Office, etc.)You are fluent in EnglishMandarin skills advantageousJoin our dynamic team and be a part of our company's growth and success!
