ABOUT THE JOBNAB Vietnam Enterprise Technology is seeking a Senior Manager with strong leadership experience. As the Senior Manager, you will drive engineering standards and capabilities across our Enterprise Technology teams in Vietnam. You will be responsible for ongoing operations, supporting strategy development, transforming the ET workforce, and leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams of skilled technical managers and staff.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESLead multiple engineering teams within the Enterprise Technology domain to achieve desired outcomes. Ensure all teams clearly understand objectives and metrics, supporting the goals of each team, the NAB Vietnam Centre, and NAB overall.Guide to the development of teams by implementing best practice structures and processes, collaborating with both local and regional partners. Address challenges and refine processes to enable teams to operate at their highest potential.Work in close partnership with executives, business teams, and product owners to consistently enhance customer satisfaction.Convert the business unit's strategic goals into a comprehensive roadmap for execution, driving progress from initial planning through to successful delivery.Take responsibility for both the development and ongoing operation of applications in production by providing active operational support and establishing a clear support model, with engineers skilled in site reliability engineering.Lead cyber security initiatives, ensuring software versions remain current through continuous delivery practices.Oversee investment delivery across business units to maintain alignment between domains, ensuring effective use of resources and providing insights into prioritization and effectiveness.Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEAt least 5 years of experience in a comparable Manager or Engineering position, demonstrating a strong history of delivery, workforce management, and transformation.Demonstrated presence and credibility in senior leadership settings, with the ability to quickly earn the trust and respect of executive peers and both new and existing stakeholders.Proven leadership and coaching abilities, fostering high performance, and enabling the success of team members.Expertise in building teams from the ground up, supporting career development, and leading the vision to achieve business outcomes.Strong capability in managing complex stakeholder relationships and supporting senior leaders in addressing challenging topics.A solid record of business execution and program delivery, demonstrating resilience and determination to overcome challenges while meeting deadlines.Effective communication skills to address strategic and operational needs internally and externally, making sound decisions that balance client, business, and stakeholder interests.Established thought leadership that garners support from business leaders to achieve organizational objectives.THE BENEFITS AND PERKSWe appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day – from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
