DescriptionThis role is critical for ensuring the continued success of our ongoing projects and engineering initiatives. The leader will step into a leadership position for established projects and teams, working closely with existing members and stakeholders to maintain momentum and achieve project milestones. This involves direct oversight of project delivery, managing large teams of engineers, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.RequirementsWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to assume leadership of projects and engineering teams within our healthcare division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading both project and engineering teams, overseeing project execution, managing stakeholder expectations, and guiding teams to achieve defined objectives within a fast-paced and regulated environment. This role requires a proven ability to drive project excellence, foster team growth, navigate complex technical landscapes, and manage large engineering teams.We believe that the right candidate will bring substantial experience, proven skills and a positive, professional attitude.QualificationsProfessional Experience:10+ years of project management experience. Experience from working in an international, cross-cultural environment with international clients is a mustProven track record of delivering complex and intercultural projects on time and within budgetLanguage Skills:High proficiency/fluency in English is required.
