This company is known for its commitment to operational excellence, quality, and innovation in healthcare.As Project Manager, you will oversee cross-functional pharmaceutical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and compliance with industry standards. You will act as a key interface between internal teams and external stakeholders, driving project execution and supporting strategic initiatives across manufacturing, quality, and engineering domains.This role is ideal for a versatile and proactive professional with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical operations.The Role & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Program Lead or Site Director, and working closely with technical and business stakeholders, your responsibilities will include:Leading end-to-end project management activities across pharmaceutical operationsDefining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinating cross-functional teams including QA, QC, production, engineering, and regulatory affairsManaging project budgets, risks, and resource allocationEnsuring compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirementsFacilitating stakeholder communication and reporting project progressSupporting change management and continuous improvement initiativesPreparing and maintaining project documentation (plans, reports, dashboards)Identifying and resolving project issues and bottlenecksDriving alignment between technical execution and business goals.Skills & QualificationsYou own a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fieldYou have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industryYou have a trong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical operationsYou are able to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teamsExcellent organizational and communication skillsYou are fluent in both French and English, verbal and writtenProblem-solver and able to thrive in dynamic environmentsCertification in project management (PMP, Prince2) is a big plus.Your TeamYou will be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-impact projects that support operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
