If you’re passionate about driving enterprise transformation through Oracle EBS / Fusion, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team.Senior ERP Consultant – Finance (Purchasing, Inventory & Order Management – Oracle EBS / Fusion) Key Responsibilities·       Lead implementation, configuration, enhancement and development of Oracle Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management modules.·       Manage end-to-end functional support for procurement-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.·       Ensure integration between SCM and Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets).·       Perform functional analysis, document business requirements, and design optimized solutions.·       Coordinate system upgrades, patch testing, and process automation initiatives.·       Support audit, compliance, and reconciliation activities related to purchasing and inventory transactions.·       Develop documentation, conduct user training, and facilitate knowledge transfer.·       Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure SLA adherence.Skills & Competencies·       Strong knowledge of Oracle Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management modules (EBS R12 / Fusion).·       Hands-on knowledge on Oracle Forms, Reports Builder, and Workflow.·       Hands-on knowledge on PL/SQL scripting and API utilization for data extraction and updates.·       Understanding of finance and supply chain integration processes.·       Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.·       Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.·       Fluent in English; able to document and train effectively.Qualifications & Experience·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.·       8+ years experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion Finance and SCM modules.·       Oracle Certified Professional/Specialist (OCP/OCS) preferred.·       Experience with integrations and reporting tools (Power BI, Oracle IAM) is an advantage.Senior ERP Consultant – HCM (Oracle EBS / Fusion)Key Responsibilities·       Lead development, implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, iRecruitment, Performance).·       Handle Level 2/3 support, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis.·       Drive enhancements, upgrades, and testing for new releases.·       Collaborate with business users to improve HR processes and system efficiency.·       Develop functional documentation, train users, and conduct knowledge transfer.·       Coordinate with technical teams (DBA, developers) and ensure SLA compliance.Skills & Competencies·       Strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM (EBS R12 / Fusion).·       Understanding of HR, Payroll, and ESS processes.·       Hands-on knowledge on Oracle Forms, Reports Builder, and Workflow.·       Hands-on knowledge on PL/SQL scripting and API utilization for data extraction and updates.·       Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.·       Fluent in English; able to train and support users effectively.Qualifications & Experience·       Bachelor’s in IT, HR, or related field.·       8+ years Oracle HCM implementation/support experience.·       Oracle Certified Professional/Specialist (OCP/OCS) preferred.·       Experience with system integrations (Oracle IAM, Power BI) is an advantage.Senior ERP Consultant – SCM (Oracle EBS / Fusion)Key Responsibilities·       Lead development, configuration and implementation of SCM modules: Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, iProcurement, and iSupplier Portal.·       Manage end-to-end support—analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SCM-related issues.·       Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and testing (including interfaces and integrations).·       Collaborate with Finance and Technical teams to ensure seamless data and process flow.·       Develop functional documentation, train users, and ensure compliance with change control.Skills & Competencies·       Strong functional expertise in Oracle SCM (EBS R12 / Fusion).·       Deep understanding of procurement, inventory, and supply chain workflows.·       Hands-on knowledge on Oracle Forms, Reports Builder, and Workflow.·       Hands-on knowledge on PL/SQL scripting and API utilization for data extraction and updates.·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.·       Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.·       Fluent in English; capable of leading user training and support sessions.Qualifications & Experience·       Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field.·       8+ years of experience in Oracle SCM implementation and support.·       Oracle Certified Professional/Specialist (OCP/OCS) preferred.·       Experience with system integrations and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, LiveLink) is an advantage.Senior ERP Consultant – Procurement (Oracle EBS / Fusion)Key Responsibilities·       Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle Procurement modules: Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier Portal, and Sourcing.·       Manage end-to-end procurement process support, including supplier onboarding, requisitions, approvals, and purchase orders.·       Ensure proper integration with SCM, Finance, and external systems (CSD, eTender Portal, Power BI).·       Conduct functional analysis, identify process improvements, and design automation where feasible.·       Drive system upgrades, enhancements, and testing.·       Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to maintain SLA compliance and data integrity.Skills & Competencies·       Strong functional expertise in Oracle Procurement and SCM modules (EBS R12 / Fusion).·       Deep understanding of procurement workflows, sourcing, and supplier management.·       Hands-on knowledge on Oracle Forms, Reports Builder, and Workflow.·       Hands-on knowledge on PL/SQL scripting and API utilization for data extraction and updates.·       Analytical and detail-oriented, with solid problem-solving skills.·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.·       Fluent in English;
