The Senior Event Coordinator will manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal staff to ensure successful events. Responsibilities include event logistics, budget management, handling client inquiries, on-site event coordination, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Senior Event Coordinator will also contribute to sales efforts by fostering client relationships and offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.QualificationsStrong skills in Event Planning and Event Management to oversee seamless, high-quality events.Excellent Communication abilities, including interpersonal and organizational skills, to engage and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.Proven Customer Service expertise to ensure client satisfaction and a positive event experience.Experience in Sales and relationship-building, with the ability to effectively promote events and services to clients.Ability to work in a dynamic on-site role and adapt to varying event settings and client needs.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience with high-profile events or luxury brands is a strong asset.Event-Related Partner Details:Venue/Location PartnersTo secure the wide range of exclusive locations mentioned:Private Clubs, Yachts, Ranches, Art Galleries, Historic Cellars: Partnerships with owners or managers of these exclusive venues are necessary.Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 Companies: You'll need contacts within these organizations (e.g., event planners, HR, executive assistants) to book Corporate events (Team-Building, Client Appreciation, Executive Meetings).Logistics & Setup PartnersCatering/Kitchen Staff: To execute the food items (Boards, Bites, Dips, Crostini, Salads) developed by the chefs.Event Producers/Coordinators: To manage the on-site logistics, setup, and teardown, especially for complex or remote locations ("On-site (land, water, and air)").Curators:To achieve the curated elements (art, music playlists, aromatherapy, and mood lighting), collaboration is required with:Artists or Art Curators: For the visual atmosphere.Musicians or DJs: For custom music playlists.Designers or Lighting Specialists: To set the "thoughtfully designed atmospheres" and mood lighting.
