JOB ROLEThe Senior Executive - Event Management & Experiential Partnership will play a strategic role in developing and implementing immersive and engaging marketing campaigns and events to create memorable experiences for customers. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the overall success of experiential marketing initiatives. Your role will involve strategic planning, campaign execution, team management, and measuring the effectiveness of experiential marketing efforts.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement the overall experiential marketing strategy, aligning it with the company's marketing objectives and brand identity.Lead junior team member by providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful campaign execution.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, supply chain and sales, to develop cohesive and integrated experiential marketing campaigns.Research target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovative experiential marketing initiatives.Plan, execute, and manage experiential marketing campaigns and events, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet objectives.Oversee the production and installation of experiential marketing assets, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand guidelines.Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in the execution of experiential marketing campaigns.Measure and analyze the effectiveness of experiential marketing campaigns, using data and feedback to optimize future initiatives.Develop and manage budgets for experiential marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in experiential marketing to drive innovation and improve campaign outcomes.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful collaboration.Provide regular reports and presentations to management, highlighting the performance and impact of experiential marketing efforts.Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance the reach and impact of experiential marketing campaigns.Safeguard and not to disclose customer (personal and organization) details and our company’s confidential information.Assist in Trade shows / Customer shows when necessary i.e. MAS Travel fair, MATTA etc. Ensure that we have billed and chase for payment for outstanding invoices, no credit given to customer, friends or travel agents unless authorized (written) by Head of Department. Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to. Any other duties at the discretion of the company. JOB REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, Events, or a related field.• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or partnerships, preferably with exposure to experiential or brand activation campaigns.• Proven track record in project management, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders under pressure.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness and translate insights into actionable improvements.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas and reports to stakeholders.• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, agencies, and business partners.• Leadership capability to mentor and guide junior team members.• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering innovative customer experiences.• Possess own transportation.• Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written, other languages such as Mandarin and Malay will be an added advantage.JOB COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)• Strategic Thinking – Designs and implements experiential marketing strategies that align with brand and business objectives.• Project & Event Management – Plans, executes, and oversees campaigns and events from concept to completion.• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management – Builds effective relationships across internal teams, partners, and external agencies.• Analytical Ability – Uses data and feedback to evaluate campaign success and optimize future initiatives.• Creativity & Innovation – Generates engaging experiential concepts that capture target audience attention.• Budget Management – Develops, monitors, and optimizes budgets to maximize ROI.• Leadership & Team Development – Coaches, supports, and inspires team members to achieve collective success.• Adaptability – Thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing shifting priorities while maintaining high standards.
