We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more.Chain Reaction is looking for a qualified Senior Account Executive to implement social media strategies that are in line with the clients' needs, to enhance a brand's online presence and engagement.As Sr. Account Executive, you are responsible for developing content ideas and campaigns and analyze the performance to ensure that they are aligned with marketing goals. You will also serve as a liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring client satisfaction and strengthening client relationshipsKey Responsibilities: Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations, and ensure they are communicated effectively within the organization Responsible for implementing a social media strategy for always-on brand communication in line with marketing goals Tracking and analyzing social media metrics to evaluate content and campaign success and make data-driven decisions Maintain active social media presence, posting regularly to social networks Manage and maintaining the brands social media presence on various platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Video Production and Content creators, to deliver high-quality work and exceed client expectationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related fieldHands on experience within the automotive or luxury industryBe passionate about carsHave a strong understanding of the luxury automotive marketHave at least 2 years agency experienceMust be bilingual in English/ArabicBe highly organized and able to adapt to shifting prioritiesHave strong communication skillsHave a proactive attitude with the ability to be initiative and be flexibleHave strong team work skillsHave a deep understanding of all social media platformsHave a strong sense of creativity - ie the ability to come up with ideas for campaigns and write creative captionsBe able to compile key information for reporting purposes - showcasing the ability to monitor, analyze, and report on data and results and identify learningsBe able to work on Microsoft office tools: PowerPoint, excel, word etcBenefitsJoining our team ensures that your opinions matter, providing you with a platform to express yourself.
