provides comprehensive administrative support to an individual or a group of individuals, primarily focusing on high-level administrative tasks. This includes managing correspondence, meticulously organizing calendars and appointments, coordinating conferences and calls and on-site events, arranging travel, and executing other essential administrative functions to ensure seamless operations.Responsibilities:Directly supports a Head of CSC Poland and provides general administrative assistance to an entire Hub.Maintains close cooperation with the Business Office to ensure seamless operational support.Organises and coordinates events for the CSC, managing all logistical aspects.Manages day-to-day calendar for the Senior Executive, including scheduling and prioritizing appointments.Prepares and reviews materials and correspondence for meetings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.Coordinates travel arrangements, including preparing and distributing detailed schedules and agendas.Orders supplies and processes invoices via the Procure to Pay system.Assists in ad-hoc events and special projects as required.Trains, coaches, or guides other administrative staff, contributing to Hub development.Appropriately assesses risk in business decisions, safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating/managing control issues transparently.Requirements:Previous office administration experience, preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organization – preferred.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively deal with senior stakeholders.Proficient English language skills (written and verbal).Proven ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.What we offer:Competitive salary connected with discretionary annual performance bonusFree access to learning platforms (eg.
