Senior Executive, Clinical Services Strategy

Clinical Services Strategy TeamJoin our Clinical Services Strategy team and support the development, enhancement, and transformation of clinical services across our healthcare group. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders, clinical teams, and cross-functional departments to help drive impactful clinical service planning and execution.Key Responsibilities:Support Clinical Services Strategy & PlanningAssist in the planning, coordination, and evaluation of new and enhanced clinical services across the healthcare group.Conduct desktop research, market scans, and operational analyses to identify service gaps, trends, and benchmarking insights.Project Coordination & MonitoringSupport team in coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and following up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.Assist in monitoring project milestones and key performance indicators, and consolidate updates for reporting.Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationCoordinate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather data and inputs for planning purposes.Assist in preparing reports, business proposals, presentation decks, and other documentation for management review.Job RequirementsDegree in Medicine, Nursing, Allied Health, Health Sciences, or related disciplines.A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare management or clinical services development is an added advantage.Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); data analysis skills required.Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
