Job Description

Job Descriptions:Propose solutions to relevant divisions for resolving problems, queries, and questions from the sales force and customers.Maintain strong relationships within the team and across departments through clear communication and a solution-focused approach.Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Support, Agencies, and customers by delivering quick, accurate, and satisfactory solutions related to corporate policy processes.Support the company in achieving its objectives.Analyze all corporate legal documents.Review and analyze cases related to underwriting, PHS, billing, and claims, especially those involving corporate policyholders.Provide solutions to sales force and customers based on policy provisions and SOPs, while meeting the assigned KPIs.Monitor daily progress of pending interactions, record all transactions in the system, and ensure fulfillment of service commitments.Prevent recurring queries by resolving issues promptly and satisfactorily, and keep customers informed about the progress of unresolved queries.Act as the PIC (Person in Charge) or backup coordinator within the team.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any major.Minimum 3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in the life insurance industry.Fast learner with a strong willingness to learn.Experience working in a large, dynamic, youthful, and high-performing team.Strong background in customer service, preferably with knowledge of underwriting and life insurance principles.Familiarity with process improvement, strong communication skills, and people management.Willingness to take on additional assigned tasks.Demonstrates all aspects of excellent service: skillful, knowledgeable, and a positive attitude.Proficient in operating all systems required for daily tasks.
