Candidates with upto 24 months of exp in any customer service in any BPO/Non BPO from any insurance background. 2. Any graduates to be considered for this role. 3. Candidates with prior exp in email writing support will be preferred. Very good emails writing skills needed5, B2-8 should be the CEF criteria
