These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in marketsJob DescriptionThis role is based in our Sunway VISIO Tower officeWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role supports the HR Manager in delivering effective HR solutions aligned with our organizational goals. You will be a key player in driving HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency in our multicultural, fast-paced MNC environment. Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing HR support across Malaysia and other regional offices.Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.Manage employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating communications, and maintaining employee records.Assist in organizing training and development programs that align with business and employee needs.Ensure HR compliance with local Labour laws and company policies.Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement activities, surveys, and process improvements.Prepare HR reports and assist with HR metrics tracking for management review.Act as a liaison between employees and management to promote a positive workplace culture. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an MNC or fast-paced organization.Good knowledge of the Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Team player with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.Additional InformationWe work hard to make sure Life at Informa is rewarding, supportive and enjoyable for everyone.
