Roles & ResponsibilitiesHR Sourcing- Execute HR sourcing from several channel according to HR strategic plan- Collect and record number of application of each channel to evaluate effectiveness of its applicationRecruitment& Selection- Select candidate according to annual and contingency requirement- Record and evaluate recruitment and selection effectiveness- Prepare employment contract and announcementNew employee on board- Develop starting kit for new hire- Collect data and prepare draft of job description for all incumbent- Coordinate with related parties to arrange monthly orientation- Provide probation appraisal form to new hire’s immediate manager and prepare confirmation letterTermination- Conduct exit interview for voluntary resign staff- Collect, analyze and report key finding on monthly basis
