ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Searching Candidates as per the requirement of campus.Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.Co-ordinate with Candidates and HR.End to End Recruitment – Sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews & onboardingAssists in statutory employment matters, statutory matters, such as application for employment visa, renewal of work permits, etc.Implements of initiatives, action plans, procedures, policies and processes in the countrySupports the engagement activities in country (e.g. preparations for campus events, etc.)Collates accurate attendance and employee details for payroll processing and taxation mattersAssists in the management of the annual performance management cycle for employees in the countryMaintains of records such as leave records of employees, resignations, attendance, etc.Addresses basic employee queries relating to HR and assists in other administrative mattersDevelop and Maintain the HR MIS Reports & collate data for Senior Management requirementOrganises Employee training and maintains relevant reports of the same.
