Team Group is looking for Senior Executive-IE & Planning (Woven)Job Description / ResponsibilityAssist to prepare and design layout of man, machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.Assist to apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and standards.Preparing operating breakdown.Assist in SMV (Standard Minute Value) calculation & target set-up.Motion and line balancing – based on capacity and WIP (Work In Progress) in the line.Bottleneck in operation – identify and eradicate.Work with production personnel to establish best practices.Conduct skill test for all workers.Plan and set up target on daily and weekly basis.Ensure various system implementations to minimize cost and increase efficiency of factory.Co-ordinate with production, merchandising department for smooth productionEducational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & ProductionMaster of Science (MSc) in Industrial Eng & ProductionSkills Required: Fabric Manufacturing, Thread ConsumptionJob LocationGazipur
