Senior Executive of Organization Development Department (Performance Management)

Job Description

Job SummaryPlan and execute the development, administration and maintenance of the employee's performance management system known as ACHIEVE to ensure that employees and departments across the organization are working effectively towards achieving the Commission's strategic goals.Job Responsibilities:Design and develop performance management framework and performance pay-out mechanism based on industry best practices to ensure it is relevant and practical.Define the organizational performance measurement strategy and lead the design and implementation of an appropriate methodology, standards and mechanisms to drive and facilitate the successful monitoring of employee performance.Lead the execution of periodic performance review and reporting to ensure alignment with organizational goals and target. Ensure compliance with relevant governance standards related to performance management.Guide and train employees and Head of Div/Dept on the performance management mechanism to ensure all relevant information including KPIs and targets are set up correctly and efficiently.Advocate and promote performance management process as valuable tool for supporting employee development and improvement. Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure fairness and consistency across departmentsMeasure and assess the outcomes of performance management and benchmark with industry best practices for continuous improvement and alignment with business strategy.Recommend enhancements to the performance management system based on feedback and evolving business needs.Produce regular performance reports for MCMC Employee Profile, Assessment, Disciplinary Cases, Promotion, Staff Confirmation, Payroll and other audiences, as required and provide advice and insights to respective users.Qualification & Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree or Master in Data Analytics / Statistics / Business Administration or other related field from the recognized university with minimum of CGPA 3.00Minimum five (5) years of relevant working experience.Technical Competencies/SkillsData AnalyticsProject ManagementPerformance ManagementBalanced ScorecardBusiness IntelligenceHuman Resource ManagementAdvanced Excel & MacrosBehavioral Competencies/SkillsIntegrityAchievement OrientationInnovation & ChangeQuality & ComplianceAnalytical ThinkingCritical ThinkingImpact & InfluenceTeamwork & CollaborationCandidate must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
