Senior / Executive, Planning (Tobacco - Supply Chain - Malang Placement)

A Production and Material Planner's main objective is to optimize the manufacturing process to meet production schedules on time and within budget. This is achieved by meticulously planning the demand for raw materials and components, scheduling production activities, and managing inventory levels to prevent both shortages and excess stock. You shall report directly to the SUPPLY CHAIN, SENIOR MANAGER.Responsibilities:Prepare the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for Flavor, PMD and SMDPrepare the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and obtain approvalIssuing and closing Job Cards for Flavor, PMD, and SMDMonitoring the production processes against MPSCalculate the production time accuracyMonitoring material expiration datesLiaise with Warehouse to prepare the near expire and/or expired materials listLiaise with Quality & Warehouse to manage on-hold materialsManage materials safety stockPrepare the trial plan for new materialsRequirements:Minimum Diploma 4 / Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields with 3 - 5 years' experience in PPIC in a manufacturing environment (tobacco or FMCG)Having strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking, with priority on resource planning capabilityAttention to detailsHave knowledge in ERP systemGood communication skills in Bahasa and English (written and verbal) Expert Microsoft Excel skillWilling to take up cross function supportWilling to work in Malang and travelling if necessaryWilling to do ad hoc assignment
