Role Description The Senior Executive / Student Counsellor role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Colombo District. Responsibilities include providing guidance and counselling services to students regarding education and career options, assisting with the admissions process for international universities, and maintaining outstanding customer service. The role involves conducting consultations with students and parents, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive counselling experience through effective communication and service delivery. Qualifications Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in making informed education and career decisions.Excellent written and verbal Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and stakeholders.Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure a positive and seamless experience for clients.Experience or knowledge in the Education sector and understanding of international academic programs will be an advantage.Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred.Proven ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
