Senior Experience Design (XD) Strategist

This award winning agency is now seeking a Senior XD Strategist - designing connected experiences that move people and brands.You’ll shape how people engage with leading brands across education, travel, professional services - using human-centred design, customer journey mapping and MarTech thinking to connect creativity, strategy and technology.This role suits a hands-on practitioner who’s just as comfortable in the detail of a journey map or prototype as they are presenting big-picture strategy to a client.You’ll collaborate with strategists, designers, developers and creatives to build experiences that don’t just look good - they make a measurable impact.What you’ll do:Lead experience design strategy across key clients and categoriesTranslate behavioural insight into actionable design and digital solutionsMap customer journeys and identify moments that matterPartner with teams to shape digital products, CRM ecosystems and content experiencesApply curiosity to new tools and technologies - including how AI can enhance human connectionWhat you’ll bring:Experience in experience design, customer experience or digital strategy, ideally from agency or consultancy backgroundA solid grasp of research, human-centred design and service design methodsStrong analytical skills across both qualitative and quantitative insightA collaborative mindset - able to lead, mentor and influence across teamsA relevant degree in Design, Marketing, Business Strategy, or similarJoin a smart, brave and curious team creating work that connects people and brands in meaningful ways.If you love the intersection of creativity, technology and human behaviour, we’d love to hear from you.
