ResponsibilitiesTranslate consumer and user insights into actionable creative strategies and concepts that effectively drive business outcomes. Lead the execution of customer-centered design strategies for multiple product teams and channels, utilizing proven UX principles to develop solutions that meet customer needs with measurable results. Oversee the adherence of UX teams to established experience design processes, quality standards, and brand strategy to maintain design integrity. Create and present scalable, intuitive, and elegant experiences that meet both business and technical requirements. Lead one or more priority experience work threads to ensure solutions meet customer needs while adhering to design and brand standards. Collaborate with and influence product partners to develop an experience vision for solutions that meet or exceed customer needs through proven storytelling capabilities and demonstration of design leadership and strategic vision. Serve as a point of escalation and take responsibility for resolving complex issues related to the experience design approach. Partner across design and experience leadership to identify opportunities to shape integrated experiences that connect more parts of our customers' needs with business strategies. Function with the highest level of autonomy, working within broad limits and authority on highly complex assignments across multiple teams or departments requiring specialized knowledge. Regularly meet with and seek guidance from principal and group experience leads. Provide direction, guidance, and mentorship to experience leads, product designers, and content designers. Partner with technology manager peers to assess the skills and development areas of practitioners, aligning them to appropriate opportunities to deliver key results and encourage growth. Apply Agile and Product Management methodologies to drive project success. Qualifications10 years of experience and Bachelor's Degree in a Design-related field. Demonstrated design leadership in managing prominent external engagements and spearheading high-visibility client projects Lead and mentor UX team members to cultivate design excellence, promote user-centered methodologies, and support their professional growth. Expertise in UX principles and design methodologies. Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills. Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI advancements. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX projects, highlighting your role in product development and the impact of your design decisions on user experience and business objectives. Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience.
