We are looking for a driven and passionate leader to join this award-winning team. The client partners with agile brands to deliver exceptional experiential activations that align with core marketing objectives. This is achieved through strategic planning, experiential and environmental design, audience engagement, and seamless execution of activation.The ideal candidate is a natural leader who excels in collaborative settings and thrives under pressure. You must possess an innate drive for growth and a proven track record of managing complex physical and digital activations, seamlessly uniting multiple project teams. As the central point of contact, you'll translate creative visions into reality, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.ResponsibilitiesManage people, time, and money, ensuring projects stay on track and within (or under) budgetConsult with clients on attendee flow, installation layout, and fabrication needs.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain creative alignment and brand consistency. Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate executionLead client meetings, providing agendas, timelines, meeting minutes, visual project books, budget updates, and overall proactive communicationMaintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycleManage budgets, track changes, obtain client approvals, and assist with post-event reconciliationSupervise on-site installations, dismantle, and steward budget effectively while in the weeds, providing client support where neededGotta HaveBachelor's degree preferred10 years of experience in events, experiential activations, interactive engagements, and trade showsProven ability to manage budgets ranging from $50K to multi-million dollarStrong client consulting skills, great people skillsExceptional problem-solving skills, common sense, and a strong work ethicAbility to lead meetings, communicate action plans, and deliver resultsPassion for creating innovative experiential solutionsAbility to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forwardVersatility, willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel as requiredTip the scalesIf you're ready to create unforgettable brand experiences, submit your resume and a compelling cover letterWe are grateful to hear from applicants and will be sure to reach out in cases where you align with the opportunity.
