Its mission: turning bold scientific concepts into tangible technologies capable of changing the world.Job Description :We are seeking a Senior Experimental Research Physicist with a passion for discovery and innovation to lead experimental research on RF systems, electromechanical devices, and cold plasma technologies applied to novel power generation. This key role involves designing and overseeing complex experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating across disciplines to advance technology on a global scale.Key Responsibilities :Design, oversee, and optimize experimental protocols for RF(radio frequency) systems, high-voltage devices, electric motors, coils, and plasma technologiesAnalyze experimental data and collaborate with the scientific team to plan subsequent iterations of experimentsMentor and guide junior physicists and engineers, fostering collaboration between static, motor, and plasma device teamsIdentify and propose new experimental techniques and technologies to enhance device performanceEnsure experimental safety and compliance with industrial and regulatory standardsCollaborate with engineering teams to translate experimental results into practical applicationsRequirementsRequired Profile :Degree: Ph.D. in PhysicsFluency in English is imperative, French is a plus.
