Ensuring sustainable implementation and measurable results.Governance & Digitalization: Responsibility for advancing the vision of a Supply Chain 4.0 with a focus on standardization, digitalization, and automation of global processes through the use of appropriate tools and SAP.KPIs & Training: Definition and implementation of global KPIs, monitoring of target achievement and process stability. Further development of the Supply Chain Academy (identifying training needs and developing training materials).
