At Fiserv, a successful Senior Finance Transformation Analyst will drive the modernization of our finance function. This role is vital for delivering strategic initiatives that align with our objective of being the best fintech on the planet. Through thoughtful collaboration, automation implementation, and process enhancement, this role ensures that our financial operations are efficient, scalable, and supportive of company-wide goals.What you will do:Collaborate with finance, technology, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable solutionsDrive the selection and implementation of finance technologiesImplement lean and agile methodologies for continuous improvementDevelop and execute change management plans, ensuring stakeholder alignment and user adoptionEstablish standardized, centralized data sets for enhanced insights and analyticsPromote best practices in delivery, documentation, and change managementImprove reporting tools and technologies for real-time business information deliveryConsolidate regional, business unit, and local financials for actuals and forecastPrepare standard and ad hoc analysesEngage in business partnerships on cross-functional platforms to support company-wide initiativesCoordinate forecasting and planning guidance and assist with local finance teamsMaintain templates to ensure corporate deliverables are metProduce monthly headcount reports and maintain headcount trackingWhat you will need to have:University degree in finance or a related field and/or equivalent military experienceProficiency in modern finance technologies, including Power BI, Power Automate, and ERP systemsExpertise in finance processes and experience leading system/process improvement initiativesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailEffective communication and partnership skills at all organizational levelsA continuous improvement mindset and innovative problem-solving skillsWhat would be great to have:Experience with AI applications in financeExpertise in Agile delivery methodsUnderstanding of corporate strategy and its impact on functional goalsFamiliarity with global finance operations and EMEA regulationsOur commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:Fiserv is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
