This role requires you to be highly motivated and curious, have strong financial and commercial understanding, and be a strategic thought partner to respective business partners. You are expected to provide financial insights through the interpretation of financial results - including trends, risks, and opportunities to help drive timely and actionable decisions. You should be comfortable in a high-paced environment, ambiguous situations, and presenting information to your business partners. This role provides a great opportunity to make a significant impact at NIKE focused on the Central and South America (CaSA) business.Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Business-related field with an emphasis in Finance and AccountingExperience working in a fast-paced, innovative retail or consumer products, go-to-market experience is strongly preferred5+ years' experience in finance, financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting and budgetingProven strong analytical skills and financial modeling, combined with sound financial and commercial acumen; ability to work with large amounts of data, deal with ambiguity, and be organized and resourcefulStrong communication skills, ability to communicate sophisticated concepts and ideas in a simple way and influence collaborators across the organizationAdvanced proficiency with Excel, SAP/Tableau knowledge is strongly preferredTeam player attitude, proven positive energy, confidence, integrity, and passion for the BrandExcellent command of English, both written and spokenWho You Will Work WithThe role reports into the Manager, Finance LATAM who leads the Central and South America (CaSA) business, working closely with the CFO, LATAM, and will work directly with the Supply Chain team, Controlling, cross-functional stakeholders and Finance teams.
